About BioSense

Health is what we hold most precious. And to take care of it, understanding is essential. BioSense helps you decode your biological results and understand them in plain language. We present your results in an accessible, structured, and educational format, to make your exchanges with your healthcare professionals simpler, more informed, and more serene. Our mission: to give everyone the keys to better understand their body, adopt better lifestyle habits, and prepare their health decisions with confidence — always alongside healthcare professionals, never in their place.

Our vision

We envision a world where anyone can read a biological report as naturally as an instruction leaflet or a user manual. A world where technology doesn't replace humans, but helps them understand, take ownership of information, and communicate better. BioSense brings together an educational method, official sources, and a refined design to offer a new way to access health information: simple, clear, and reliable, without ever medically interpreting the result.

Our story

BioSense was born from an observation shared by our founder, Michael Chekroun: after a medical exam, receiving a PDF full of numbers, abbreviations, and units… and not knowing what to do with it. After more than fifteen years in digital health, he set out to build a platform that answers this concrete frustration: bridging the gap between the biological information sent by laboratories and patients' understanding of it. The information exists. What's missing is understanding. So we created BioSense: a bridge between the scientific precision provided by laboratories and the clarity needed to make it your own. An approach based on: • benchmarks from official recommendations, • clear information structuring, • a framed educational method, • a design built for immediate readability.

The team

BioSense is led by a French team with recognized experience in digital health and patient platforms. The founder, Michael Chekroun, is a digital-health entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience in the sector. Technical leadership is handled by Alexandre Cognard, engineer and entrepreneur. BioSense's legal and regulatory framework is validated by a French law firm specializing in digital health.

Official sources. Our method relies on recommendations from reference authorities: HAS, ANSM, ESC, ADA, WHO.
Strict scope. Each explanation follows a clear framework: no diagnosis, no medical interpretation, only educational explanations to discuss with your doctor.
Reporting. You can report an imprecise answer at any time. Our team takes it into account to improve the service.

BioSense is published by Inspiration 4 SAS, a French company based in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière (Hérault). Your data is processed and hosted exclusively in Europe, in compliance with the GDPR.
